2024 CONFERENCE

POAMN was delighted to bring our 2024 conference to Southern California May 29-30. Ministry leaders, chaplains, and lay leaders gathered for fresh perspectives on older adult ministry. They left inspired with new ideas to implement and tools to deepen their spiritual connection to serving older adults.

CONFERENCE LOCATION

Solana Beach Presbyterian Church

120 Stevens Avenue
Solana Beach, CA 92075

Solana Beach Church formed in the 1940s, initially meeting in a small building near the beach. It quickly outgrew that space and moved inland in the 1950s to its current location. These days, Sunday worship takes place in the sanctuary or outside on the patio with a huge video screen. A service in Spanish is also available. The church reaches out into its local and worldwide community through ministries serving foster children, local and international students, day workers, homeless people, immigrants, and neighbors across the border in Mexico.
