CALL FOR SPEAKERS
Do you have expertise in the following areas that you could share with our attendees?

- Other issues facing older adults or faith leaders who minister to them
POAMN seeks presentations and workshops that will inform attendees about older adult ministry-related resources that address the emerging challenges and needs of older adults, caregivers, and faith communities.
Each session is 75 minutes including time for Q&A. Speakers receive complimentary registration for the conference. Proposals due March 28.
REGISTRATION
The registration rate includes:
- Four meals (daily lunch and dinner on Wednesday)
- Welcome reception (Tuesday evening)
- Snacks (Wednesday and Thursday)
- Program and worship
Save on your registration cost by registering on or before August 10 and becoming a POAMN member. If you are not currently a member, add a membership during registration to take advantage of member registration rates.
EXHIBITORS
Interested in sharing about your organization or business in our exhibit area? POAMN has a few spaces available. Add an exhibit table (half or full) during your participant registration. Each organization or business who exhibits must register all representatives who will attend the conference on their behalf. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
MEETING FACILITY
Located in a residential area of Boulder, Colorado, Frasier is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, purpose-driven community and presently affiliated with the Mountain Sky United Methodist Conference. Frasier offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
HOTEL AND TRAVEL
Boulder’s Convention and Visitors Bureau outlines multiple options for traveling between Boulder and Denver International Airport (DEN). These include rental car, public bus, shuttle, taxi, and driver service.
RECENT CONFERENCES
POAMN was delighted to bring our 2024 conference, May 29-30, to Southern California. Ministry leaders, chaplains, and lay leaders gathered for fresh perspectives on older adult ministry. They left inspired with new ideas to implement and tools to deepen their spiritual connection to serving older adults.
Clergy and lay leaders got inspiration from POAMN’s 2023 conference, September 14 and 15 in Michigan. They discovered the adventures and hobbies that await older adults and explored opportunities to try new things, including ways to continue service to God and local and global communities.
